About the event
Teams will experience all aspects of the Instant Challenge process during this event. This is the same process that team will experience on tournament day. Teams will be assigned an Instant Challenge time. Teams may check in 15 minutes before their Instant Challenge time. Team will be asked to leave the building once they complete their conversation in the Chill Out room. The expected flow for the day will be;
Team Check In - 15 minutes before the scheduled IC time
Holding Room
Instant Challenge
Chill Out Room
Leave the building
Teams will be scored and ranked. Teams that rank first in each room will be awarded medals.
Only 1 Team Manager may go in to Instant Challenge with their team.
Teams must pre-pay online to attend this event.
